At SafetyFurst™, we do our best to get your Whiffie Cushion™ to you (and your pup) as quickly and safely as possible. 🐾


Order Processing

All orders placed through SafetyFurst.co are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding holidays).

Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST typically ship the same business day, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will ship the next business day.

You’ll receive:

  • An order confirmation email immediately after checkout
  • shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our fulfillment center in New Jersey

During peak seasons, promotions, or product launches, processing times may extend slightly — but we’ll always keep you informed.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location, carrier rates, and order size.

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–5 business days
  • International: 5–20 business days, depending on final destination, customs processing, and local carrier performance

Please note:

  • Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Carrier delays, weather, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions may affect transit times
  • All orders include tracking, though international tracking updates may pause while shipments are in transit between countries

International Shipping

We currently ship 32 countries worldwide including Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, EU Countries, Japan, South Korea, Chile and more 🌍

All international orders ship with duties and customs fees prepaid, meaning:

  • No surprise charges upon delivery
  • No additional taxes or fees due from the customer

Important:
International deliveries may take up to 2–3 weeks depending on destination, customs clearance, and local carrier performance.

At this time, international orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations once shipped.


Preorders

If an item is marked as a preorder, the estimated ship date will be clearly listed on the product page and included in your confirmation email.

If your order contains preorder items, the entire order will ship once all items are available, unless otherwise stated.


Order Issues, Lost Packages & Damaged Items

If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@safetyfurst.co within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We’ll work directly with the carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note:
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
