At SafetyFurst™, we want every pup (and every dog parent!) to feel confident, comfortable, and supported when shopping with us. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our Warranty, Return Policy, and Refund Process.


Warranty Policy

We proudly stand behind the quality of the Whiffie Cushion™. Each cushion is inspected before it leaves our fulfillment center, and we’re committed to making things right if something isn’t perfect.

Manufacturer Defects

If your Whiffie Cushion™ arrives damaged, defective, or faulty, we will replace it at no cost to you.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@safetyfurst.co with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos or video of the defect

We’ll review your request and help resolve it as quickly as possible.

What Is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Chewing, clawing, or pet-induced destruction

  • Accidents, misuse, or improper installation

  • Damage after 7 days from delivery

Returns

We hope you and your pup love your Whiffie Cushion™, but if it’s not a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return window.

Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for products that are:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • Free of damage or excessive wear

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we made an error or the item arrived defective.

Refunds

Refunds apply to the product price only.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please keep in mind that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.


International Orders

All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations once shipped.

If your international order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days at info@safetyfurst.co so we can assist.
