- Roll the window down to where your dog naturally rests their chin, or high enough that their body can't fit through the gap.
- Gently pull apart the bottom of the Whiffie Cushion to open the channel.
- Press it onto the window ledge working from front to back. Don't slide it once it's on.
- Let your pup discover it. Most dogs get it by their 3rd or 4th ride, and then they never want to ride without it.
- Clean with mild soap and warm water, then wipe dry with a paper towel or microfiber cloth. Do not machine wash.
- Store in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight.
- XL EXTRALIGHT® foam flexes and returns to shape. It naturally softens in high heat and firms up in the cold. That's completely normal.
- If the center slit widens over time, rest a book or similar flat weight on one side for a while to press it back together.
- For the best grip, make sure the window glass is clean before placing the Whiffie on the ledge.
The Whiffie Cushion is a comfort accessory designed for supervised use during leisurely, low-speed drives. Use your judgment based on road conditions and your dog's behavior. Not recommended for highway use.
